A walk in Getsemani

Duis risus massa, blandit at vehicula ac, efficitur non diam. Phasellus mauris sem, ultrices at nulla ac, sagittis pretium quam. Interdum et malesuada fames ac ante.

Last day in Cartagena, in the morning we walk towards the Getsemani neighbourhood and on the way we meet the two Panamanian girls from the day before, who decide to come with us.
One of the two the day before seemed to have no patience to talk to me, almost annoyed when I didn’t understand a few words in Spanish (in South America each country uses a few different words). After finding out, however, that I am not American but Italian, she changes completely, becoming super friendly (it seems that many people don’t like Americans 😅).
The neighbourhood is super decorated, with wonderful murals and colourful flags on every corner. In the afternoon we split up, Luis and I take a long walk along the beach, which consists of dark, almost black sand with golden flakes (after all, Colombia is the country of El Dorado).
