After seeing condors, it’s time to see bright red and white striped bodies in swimsuits. We go to the hot springs, pools of hot water at different temperatures on the edge of a mountain stream. The location is as amazing as it is relaxing, however, the sight is creepy 😀

Fortunately, after only an hour it is already time to leave again, heading for a buffet lunch….

The restaurant is a shed with tables specially set up for tourists. The food is not bad, maybe a little cold, however quite good…(I can’t judge the pasta, I didn’t have the courage to try it….).

At the end of the meal something happens that leaves me stunned…a German outside the restaurant was complaining about the food, the quality of the dishes…..seriously? :DDD doesn’t seem to me that Germany is renowned for gastronomy….

And after a while another thing leaves me stunned. A girl from our group, who had been watching me all day, comes up and asks me where I was from (in English). I reply that I am Italian and she tells me that she had already figured it out. I had not yet spoken to her and not having a strong accent nor was I wearing clothes with typical Italian writing or branding then I ask her how she had figured it out. And she replies that she understood it from the “Italian vibes”… I didn’t have the courage to ask her to explain…. :DD

The rest of the day passes between winding roads at an altitude of more than 4,000 meters, stops to photograph Llamas and wild Alpacas, Llama crossing warning signs, and pee stops…

A special day, among spectacular landscapes, horizons interrupted by majestic volcanoes, crystal clear lakes, exotic animals and “Italian vibes” :DD
